Inspired by exciting jewel tones and sea glass, my client’s personal style not only refreshes, but invigorates this home by embracing pops of color, pattern and playful mid-century Hollywood glamour.

Environmental considerations such as reclaimed oak ceilings, cabinets and wood countertops, vintage 20th Century furniture, fixtures and accessories add one-of-a-kind sparkle in each room and were accented with natural textiles and upholstery (100% linen, cotton, silk, and leather).

Claudio Ortiz and his team fantastically preserved the original fireplace mantel and added a honey onyx face. They also creatively converted an unfinished basement — adding multiple livable spaces and natural light to the original floor plan.
